At Ai Chat Assistant – Multi GPT, we take the privacy of our users seriously and are committed to handling personal data securely and responsibly. This policy outlines the procedures we follow for deleting user data.

- User Request: Users may request the deletion of their personal data at any time. This can be done via the account settings in the app or by contacting our support team at support@aichatproassistant.com.
- Identity Verification: To ensure the correct user’s data is deleted, we reserve the right to request proof of identity before proceeding with the deletion.
- Response Time: We are committed to responding to data deletion requests within 7 business days and completing the deletion within 30 days after confirming the request.
2. Types of Deleted Data
The following data will be deleted upon request:
- Account Information: All personal data, such as name, email address, phone number, and any other information used to create the account.
- App Data: Any data generated during the use of the app (e.g., transaction data, usage statistics).
- Linked Data: Data shared with third-party providers (e.g., via social media login or use of third-party services) will be handled according to those providers’ privacy policies.
3. Exceptions and Limitations
- Legal Obligations: In certain cases, we are legally required to retain some data for a specific period (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes). This data will be locked and deleted after the legal retention period has expired.
- Anonymized Data: Data that can no longer be associated with a specific person (anonymized or aggregated data) may be retained for analytical purposes or to improve our services.
4. Consequences of Data Deletion
- After the data has been deleted, the user will no longer have access to their account and any associated services.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered. If the user wishes to use the service again after deletion, a new account will need to be created.
5. Deletion of Third-Party Data
If third parties (e.g., partners or social media platforms) are involved in the data processing, we will notify them of the data deletion request. However, we have no control over how these third parties process their data and cannot guarantee complete deletion.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app and through email.
